I was looking for a quality baking pan that bakes evenly and cleans up easily.
I bake a lot – almost daily, and my nonstick loaf pan was sadly chipping away. I really liked the nonstick pans because I didn’t have to use Pam as much, but they eventually chip away and become a health hazard. I’ve been eyeing the Ruffled Loaf Pan from Emile Henry, a French bakeware and cookware company that is known for quality and timeless designs.

I purchased mine from Williams Sonoma, and the sales associate kindly packaged it securely in a cardboard box to prevent damage (from my bumpy car ride, lol).

The dish comes in multiple colors, and I was torn between Burgundy and Flour. The Burgundy color is vivid, flaming red, unlike what the name suggests. But I ended up getting the Flour, which is a crisp, off-white color.

It’s the kind of loaf pan that Joanna Gaines would use to stage her home project. This ceramic pan featuring a ruffled rim adds the perfect farmhouse touch to any kitchen needs.

The pan is made of Burgundy clay that diffuses heat gently and evenly for consistent and successful results.

I also got the Pumpkin Caramel Quick Bread mix from Williams Sonoma and gave my new pan a try.

The packaging includes a list of ingredients you need and instructions.

Delicious!!!!
The bread turned out perfectly – no browning or drying.
I will be getting so many uses out of this. It’s truly a must for cooking enthusiasts.
