Baking Perfectly Moist Breakfast Loaves with Williams Sonoma's Quick Bread Mixes

Baking pumpkin flavored anything is one of my favorite fall traditions. My mom used to bake a lot when we were kids, and there were always some baked goodies in the kitchen when we came home from school. The freshly-baked pumpkin pies and bread bring out all the nostalgic memories.



I bought this Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk quick bread mix at Williams Sonoma, and I loved it so much that I had to go back and get some more.



Williams Sonoma has a wide range of mixes – all heavenly delicious with a strong punch of pumpkin taste.

These mixes come in gluten free options, as well! The gluten free mixes are labeled GF on the packaging.



Williams Sonoma is every cook’s paradise and baker’s heaven! I end up leaving the store with bunch of cooking tools and food items, Haha! The worker there spoke highly of the mix, so I decided to try them at home.



The bread is ready in about an hour, including the prep time. 



The packaging includes an easy-to-follow baking instruction.



The bread turned out so amazing – super moist inside. 



Unlike some bread mixes, I didn’t find this bread to be bland or lacking in flavor. You can taste the pumpkin right away.



I added more chocolate chips because you always need more choc chips!
