I’ve been searching for a shower towel that is exfoliating and long enough for me to reach my back easily. Most shower sponges, even the so-called “exfoliating” sponges, are too soft. I shopped around, and it was surprisingly difficult to find a shower towel that satisfies both criteria. Most shower scrubbers intended for backs usually had a long, wooden handle, which I didn’t care for. My bathroom doesn’t have any windows, and wooden products don’t dry completely, becoming a breeding ground for bacteria and mold. And then I came across this exfoliation skin towel!! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for!
It is made in Korea, and Koreans know how to make beauty products right. This exfoliating bathing towel does what it claims to do and lathers very well. I was wondering if this “towel” was going to lather much because it felt very thin. It creates just as thick and rich foam as my shower sponges, and I don’t need to use a ton of body wash.
As the name suggests, this towel exfoliates my skin like no other. It’s very coarse and rough, so I scrub my body very gently. I don’t need to scrub it hard to get proper exfoliation because it’s definitely on the rough side. I love using this to care for ingrown hair because it keeps my body well-exfoliated and smooth with minimal effort. I find this to be far better functioning than most body scrubs or brown sugar. I need a little bit of soap, and I no longer need to buy a scrubbing product.
It is very long, as well. I don’t need to extend and bend my arms awkwardly to get to my back with this. And it’s a much hygienic alternative to a wooden shower brush.
I bought 2 of these exfoliation towels from iHerb, and they send you random colors. I received a pink and blue one this time. I will be repeat-ordering these exfoliating towels from iHerb, and I highly suggest these to anyone who’s looking for some serious exfoliation.
