Kiehl's has reliable skincare products that are gentle yet effective.

My skin's definitely on the more sensitive side, but it hasn't reacted negatively to most of Kiehl's products I've used. These 3 products from Kiehl's are always included in my skincare routine, and I hoard them whenever Kiehl's runs a promotion.

Kiehl's Calendula Herbal-Extract Toner is a bestselling toner that has a cult-like following. Its alcohol-free formula doesn't sting your skin and is suitable for a normal-to-oily skin type.

My skin reacts badly whenever I use astringent, so I really appreciate the alcohol-free toners. The Calendula Herbal-Extract Toner has a water-like consistency and doesn't feel sticky or oily at all. I use this toner with cotton pads to wipe out any dirt or residue a towel leaves behind after patting my face dry with it. My face feels so clean and refreshed every time I use this toner.

The toner is available in several sizes ranging from a teeny travel size bottle to a jumbo bottle. Unless there is a big promotion, my go-to size is the 250ml one because it's not too heavy which causes strains on my wrist, lol.

Interestingly, the toner contains calendula petals to soothe redness and oiliness.

Those petals are actually a nuisance to me because they start to clog the opening once I'm about halfway through a bottle.

Such a gentle toner - a must-have from Kiehl's.

Powerful-Strength Vitamin C Serum

I just ran out of the full size, so I'm using the sample until the new one arrives in the mail, but this stuff is great. Vitamin C is a volatile and sensitive ingredient among skincare products, but Kiehl's has nailed its formulation.

The Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate contains 12.5% vitamin C, and it is packaged in an opaque bottle to prevent any exposure to light. The photo shown here is a deluxe sample size, but the tube is also opaque so that the content's not exposed to sunlight.

It goes on smoothly but dries quickly, so a good moisturizer is a must.

Super Multi-Corrective Cream

This stuff is amaze-balls.

Kiehl's is most well-known for its Ultra Facial Cream, a basic multi-purpose moisturizer; however, in my opinion, this cream's better. It is pricier but delivers far better results than the Ultra Facial Cream. As the name suggests, the Super Multi-Corrective Cream is formulated to "visibly lift, firm, and retexturize skin".

I buy the 2.5 fl oz jars as I go through this moisturizer so quickly. I use this liberally on my face and neck, and sometimes my hands!

This cream goes on so smoothly, and the cheaper, drugstore moisturizers just can't mimic this consistency.

My skin feels firmer and healthier every time I apply this, and I don't break out from this.
