Charles Chocolates is a popular artisanal chocolatier based in San Francisco.
Its chocolates are absolutely the best tasting and have rich, decadent flavors that make me come back for more.
You can find essentially anything chocolate at Charles Chocolates, ranging from velvety truffles to chocolate-covered nuts. My go-to chocolate is the Caramelized Crisped Rice Bar as it satisfies my sweet tooth with a crunch.

I usually get my Charles Chocolates from grocery stores, so chocolate bars are the easiest to find. I've tried a handful of chocolate bars from Charles Chocolates, and the Caramelized Crisped Rice Bar is hands down my favorite. If you like milk chocolate, you will love this.

This 41% milk chocolate bar has generous bits of brown crisped rice, and it is topped with a thin caramelized sugar coating. I mean, the combination of milk chocolate, crispy rice, and sugar caramel is hard to fail :)

Each bar has a net weight of 3.4 ounces, and it's pleasantly heavy.
It takes a long time for me to finish a bar (although I have to resist the urge to help myself with a second piece).

Yum!
