Who doesn’t love chocolate?

If you’re a fan of chocolates, try Charles Chocolates from San Francisco.
I used to love going to their chocolatier when I was in the Bay Area, and I’ve been missing them since my recent move to the East Coast. I found a few of the Charles Chocolate varieties at the local Whole Foods, and I went ahead and bought a couple!

The founder of Charles Chocolates, Chuck Siegel, adamantly believes that chocolates should be made with only the finest ingredients (I know, easier said than done) such as high-quality chocolates, the finest cream, butter, nuts, and fruits.
These chocolates taste authentic, fresh (if chocolate can taste fresh), and simply delicious.
I bought 3 – Caramelized Crisped Rice Bar with 41% Milk Chocolate, Caramelized Crisped Rice Bar with 65% Dark Chocolate and Salty-Sweet Cashew Bar with 41% Milk Chocolate.

Most varieties come in both milk and bittersweet dark chocolate so you can enjoy them both depending on your mood or preference.

I preferred the Caramelized Crisped Rice Bar over the Cashew Bar.
It’s the perfect blend of creamy chocolate and crispy rice bits. Yum.

The bar has a generous amount of crisped rice for maximum crunchiness.

The Salty-Sweet Cashew Bar was also good, but I thought the saltiness and sweetness didn’t blend well. Not the right blend, I guess. Still, the milk chocolate base was heavenly good.

I was hoping to find the Peppermint Bark Bar (a perfect holiday snack), but it wasn’t in stock at the store. I don’t have a photo of it but try the Peppermint Bark. It’s amazing!

Try them, they’re so good!
