Chocolate Naive's Kefir Probiotic Milk Chocolate is such an interesting chocolate.
I bought this on a whim, but I was blown away by its unique flavor!
It contains kefir, which is full of probiotics, a symbiosis of beneficial bacteria and yeast that ferments milk - I must admit, it was unheard of, but apparently, it's a pretty common practice in Lithuanian culture.
The packaging is so pretty.
The chocolate bar is inside the wrapper, but would you look at the cardboard box and the illustration on it?
The chocolate bar is also uniquely shaped - have you seen a chocolate bar like this?
Every single aspect of this chocolate is like art.
The flavor of the chocolate was quite unexpected. The milk chocolate is very delicate, and there is a rather strong hint of ricotta cheese-like aroma. Think tangy Greek yogurt. It was definitely unique and interesting. It's definitely not a typical milk chocolate!
This was definitely a cool experience for me.
