I always wipe my face with a cotton pad soaked in my favorite watery toner. I do this after I wash my face to get rid of any dirt or lint from a towel. You’ll be surprised to see how towels leave tiny dust particles(?) behind! I saw the One Step Green Hero Calming Pad from Cosrx, and this discovery was a Eureka moment. Finally, somebody decided to sell pre-soaked cotton pads! Thank you!
Each jar contains 70 pre-saturated cotton pads, and they are dual-sided for versatile uses. One side is gentle enough to be used daily, and the other is slightly coarser, therefore suitable for occasional exfoliation.
I inspected the full ingredient list for the Green Hero Calming Pad to see if it is really “calming” as Cosrx claims it to be. And the ingredients check out. Nothing majorly irritating and no known red flags. Great!
There are 3 types of One Step Pads, and each type contains slightly different ingredients to target different skin types/concerns. For instance, the Original Clear One Step Pad is ideal for troubled, acne-prone skin as it contains BHA, a powerful ingredient that is known to address acne. The other two are the Moisture Up Pad and Green Hero Calming Pad. I opted for the Green Hero Calming Pad because I have ultra-sensitive skin, and I intend to use this daily.
And Cosrx didn’t skimp on the toner! Each pad is thoroughly saturated, and one pad is all I need to wipe my face. So a jar should last me a little over a month (morning and night) – great value, especially considering the convenience factor.
