Many Cosrx products fit the description, and these toner pads are no exception. I prefer watery toner over sticky, mucus-like toner, but truth be told, I hate pouring it on a cotton pad every time. Cosrx’s One Step Moisture Up Pads are generously sized and dual-sized pads that are pre-soaked in toner. They are meant to replace most toners and also offer mild exfoliation. The pads feature 2 sides – one for a gentler sweep of one’s face to remove any makeup residue that your facial cleanser missed, and the other for mild exfoliation.
I really like how gentle these pads feel against my skin, even the coarser side. I have dry and sensitive skin, and my skin doesn’t get irritated from daily pad usage, even on the exfoliating side.
A pack of One Step Moisture Up Pads comes in a sturdy plastic jar, and each jar contains 70 pads. I use it twice daily, and it lasts me about a month because I sometimes use 2 pads at a time (usually at nighttime). I love how the jar contains 70 pads, instead of 60 – a little extra is always appreciated.
When you first open the jar, you’ll first have to tear off the safety seal. It keeps the pads from drying out. This is my third jar, and all the pads were thoroughly saturated in toner solution. And none of them dried out. Just make sure to keep the lid properly sealed to prevent them from drying out.

I wanted something super moisturizing, so I opted for Moisture Up Pads; however, if you have sensitive skin, you can go for the Green Herb Calming Pads. The Moisture Up Pads feel very calming and ultra-hydrating. Some toners are astringent-based, giving my skin that tingly sensation. Astringent tends to dry out my skin, and I was so glad to discover that these toner pads didn’t contain any alcohol. The toner is super hydrating and almost feels like a lightweight serum that sinks into my skin. Love this product! I have set up a recurring delivery on Amazon, so won’t have to run out ever again.
