The Silver Bark Picture Frame is one of my favorite picture frames.
It is rich in texture; the silvery nickel color blends well with my modern interior without lacking in detail or looking ordinary.
I received two of these picture frames back in 2015, and they still look brand new!
No fading or out of style, etc.
The 3D texture is so pretty in person.
The texture is interesting but not overly ornate and it distracts one’s eyes from the picture itself.
The Silver Bark frames come in 3 conventional photo sizes – 4”x6”, 5”x7” and 8”x10”. The only issue I had with my frames is that the openings aren’t perfectly 4”x6”, and the photos didn’t fit in the openings. I had to cut the edges so the photos fit in the slots.
Because the frames are thicker than other picture frames I have, they appear larger than the actual size of the photo. I have two 4”x6” frames, and they don’t look any smaller than my other 5”x7” frames.
I saw these photo frames displayed next to the Allegra Vases at a Crate & Barrel store, and the vase is now on my wish list. Although the photo frame and the vase are not in the same collection, they share many visual and textural similarities.
For $25, these make great stocking stuffers for the holidays that are surely going to be loved!
