Drunk Elephant B-Hydra™ Intensive Hydration Serum
Size: 1.69oz/50ml
Price: $52.00

What does it do?
This serum is a vitamin B5 powerhouse. It delivers maximum hydration to target dryness and provides a solution to dullness and uneven skin tone.

To be completely honest with you, Drunk Elephant is an unfamiliar brand to me, but I was so pleasantly surprised with how effective and high-quality its products are. I’m more of a conservative person when it comes to cosmetics and skincare products. I’m wary of trying new products and usually buy things that I normally use. I’ve been using Kiehl’s Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate, and Drunk Elephant’s serum feels better.

For a serum, the size is pretty generous. Considering how most serums come in 1 oz bottles, I find this to be of good value per price. Oh, and it’s slightly cheaper than Kiehl’s.
I have seriously dehydrated skin, and I try to combat my overall skin dryness by layering multiple hydrating products – toner, essence, serum, emulsion, and moisturizer. Starting with the lightest texture, I work my way into richer products. The hydrating serum does a great job of holding my heavier moisturizers in and helps them sink in.

Drunk Elephant’s B-Hydra™ Intensive Hydrating Serum contains vitamin B5 to help with skin complexion. I haven’t noticed any dramatic improvement to my complexion yet, but it’s greatly hydrating and doesn’t dry my skin out.

The serum goes on smoothly and gets absorbed into my skin almost instantly, prepping it for other moisturizers or foundation.

And the packaging is so cute! The serum comes in a plastic bottle with a pump dispenser, and it dispenses just the right amount per pump.
