My dog is terrified of stainless steel bowls. I know, is that even a thing?

Well, technically, she gets spooked by the clanking noise the bowl makes as it shifts around, but she doesn’t go near the bowl anymore. Placing the bowl on a rubber placemat doesn’t help, either. So I had to look for a heavier bowl that doesn’t shift much, although stainless steel bowl was the easiest thing to care for.

And my dog’s loving her new bowl from Harmony!

I’m not sure if Harmony is a Petco brand or not, but I got it at Petco.

The bowl is substantially heavy; therefore, doesn’t slide even when it is empty, and that was exactly what my poor dog needed – no scary noise when eating.

The bowl is offered in 3 sizes – small, medium, and large.

The small ($9.99) holds 1 cup,

The medium ($11.99) holds 3 cups, and

The large ($14.99) holds 6 cups.

Mine is medium, and it is a perfect size.

Because the bowl is microwave safe, it is an ideal choice for dogs with special dietary needs or dogs who are on recovery food that needs to be heated up.

And like all ceramicware, it is dishwasher safe.

The white bowl looks great on our tile floor – very modern and simple.

I’ve found a better-looking alternative to lightweight stainless steel bowls, and my dog can happily enjoy her meals.
