Greenies are probably my dog’s favorite treat of all time. She would actually choose a Greenie over most dog treats I buy for her, which is good because Greenies provide oral health benefits. Greenies Fresh, as the name suggests, targets to help freshen foul breaths. I’ve noticed older and more mature dogs tend to develop foul breaths, so they will benefit from the Fresh.
The treats smell like mint toothpaste. I can’t compare the freshening ability of these treats because my dog’s breath doesn’t smell too bad (she gets a Greenie every day, and it keeps her breath from smelling bad). But they surely smell “fresh”, and my dog seems to enjoy the flavor.
Ok, let’s talk about the magnificent Blueberry flavor.
I thought my dog liked the Original Greenies. She ADORES the Blueberry Greenies. Each treat has a delicious blueberry smell that my dog finds simply irresistible.
The Blueberry Greenies also have the lowest calorie among the 3 varieties, not that it makes much difference. But still, it's something.
She loves them so much that I’m considering purchasing the Blueberry Greenies from now on.
