My New Year’s resolution is to eat healthier, and that is to eat more servings of fresh fruits.

I love any berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, you name it), and I always buy them in bulk, pre-wash them, and store them in a fridge so I can grab a handful whenever I crave them. But, I’ve noticed some berries on the bottom of the bowl easily get soggy and wilted. Not fun.

The 3-in-1 Berry Box that I bought keeps the berries fresh much longer and conveniently stores them as well. I picked it up at Whole Foods by the produce aisle.
Essentially, it allows you to wash, serve and store at the same time without using a separate colander, bowl, or container.

The Berry Box comes in many colors ranging from vibrant colors like red or green to more neutral colors like grey.
All components are made of BPA-free plastic, and they are dishwasher safe (hooray!).

The label comes off easily, and no adhesives get left behind.

The Berry Box consists of a bowl, colander, and cover.

The colander has small holes at the bottom for easy draining, and the side openings drain water efficiently as well.

And it features convenient handles as well.

The container is used for serving and storing berries.

The colander fits perfectly inside the container, and it catches any dripping water from the colander, keeping the berries dry and wilt-resistant.

The cover is just an ordinary plastic lid to keep berries from absorbing odor in the fridge.

The cover fits perfectly under the container for convenient serving.

And of course, this is how the cover is intended to be used mainly.

The little rim on a corner allows me to easily lift up the cover.

The colander comfortably fits a large box of blueberries, and it is just so convenient!
The lightweight plastic doesn’t tire my wrists, and the small openings don’t let any fruit out.

And the berries really do stay fresh longer.

I store the freshly-washed berries in the fridge, and all the family members seem to eat them more frequently. I’m thinking about getting a few more and storing different types of berries individually.
