I’ve coveted the Kartell Componibili stackable units for as long as I can remember. They are simple, interesting, and provide ample storage. I finally got my very first Kartell piece, and I couldn’t be happier about it.
Kartell is known for its bold use of plastic and vivid colors, and it has numerous iconic items including the Ghost Chairs, Masters Chairs, and of course, the Componibili.
The Componibili units are made of ABS plastic which is extremely durable and light. In fact, I have no problem lifting and moving the units around the house.
I really liked these storage units because they are stackable and modular. Each unit can be stacked vertically to suit one’s storage needs. And the round body adds a touch of softness to the otherwise structured look due to the rigid material it’s made of. If you prefer a more structured and edgier look, you can always opt for the square unit. It looks a lot more streamlined.
You can access the unit by sliding the front door.

The Componibili comes in various colors, including metallic (Copper, Gold, and Chrome). I got the 3 Unit Componibili in White to complete my black and white décor. It is such a classic, timeless piece that looks amazing against the black backdrop.

The Componibili can be used as a nightstand by the bed that holds diffusers, a remote (if you have a TV in the bedroom), chargers, and other bedside necessities.
