La Panzanella calls their crackers “Croccantini”; however, I’m just going to refer to them as crackers. Croccantini means “crunchy little bite” in Italian. You can find these crackers fairly easily as long as the store carries a wide array of crackers. My go-to store for crackers is World Market, and these crackers top the list.

Although they are technically “mini” crackers, I don’t find them mini at all. They are in fact, perfectly sized for serving fruit and cheese trays when you’re hosting a party. They are a little larger than bite-sized crackers, about 2 inches. La Panzanella calls them “mini” because they’re smaller than their full-size crackers, which are much larger! They are as large as some flatbreads.

I pair the original flavor with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese spread, and it tastes heavenly good. I don’t particularly like flavored crackers as they interfere with the strong flavors of cheese, fruits, and other toppings that I pair.

And these crackers have a clean and simple flavor that complements any topping. In case you’re looking for flavored crackers, La Panzanella offers 3 other flavor varieties as well – Rosemary, Cracked Pepper, and Roasted Garlic, so give them a try.
