Le Creuset Toughened Nonstick Pro 3 Piece Set
I don’t necessarily spend extra for nonstick pans because I plan to replace them whenever the coating shows a sign of scratches or loses its nonstick quality. I’ve been using Le Creuset’s Toughened Nonstick Pro pans for years, and they last considerably longer than other nonstick pans I’ve used. When I saw this 3-piece set, I decided to add it to my cookware collection. I use all pans almost daily, and they’ve been great.

The set consists of an 8-inch, 9.5-inch, and 11-inch fry pan. The 11-inch fry pan is deeper than most fry pans, and it also comes with a pouring handle, making it ideal for stir-frying.

The care and use instructions are the same throughout Le Cresuet’s all Toughened Nonstick products. Essentially, the cookware is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) and oven and dishwasher-safe.

Like all nonstick cookware, make sure to use silicone or wood utensils to prevent the surface from scratching. That’s when you need to toss the cookware!

The 8-inch pan is perfect for frying an egg or two. I wouldn’t go with more than 2 eggs, as you won’t have enough space to slide a spatula underneath to flip the eggs.

The 9.5-in pan is ideal for making an omelet or pan-frying a couple of dumplings. The cooking surface is enough to cook for two adults.

The 11-inch fry pan is my dinner workhorse. I toss in a cup full of frozen veggies and some protein to make a quick and healthy weekday dinner, and the deeper and wider cooking surface cooks the food evenly while containing the contents from spilling out.

The pouring handle sure comes in handy!
