Le Parfait Super Jars - The Perfect Canning Jars

I’ve been looking for some canning jars with lids that don’t rust easily. I once used a dozen of Mason Jars but was quickly disappointed because their lids rusted only after a few uses. The glass jars were totally usable, but I didn’t welcome the idea that the rusty lids needed to be replaced so frequently. I carefully looked for canning jars that have better lids, preferably made of glass, so that way, I won’t have to replace the lids.

I found these canning jars from Le Parfait, and they are so worth it.

I was hesitant to order them online because they are made of glass, and I wasn’t sure how they were going to do during transit. I was impressed with the packaging! Each jar was separated by a cardboard insert, so the glasses don’t touch each other and get damaged.

Le Parfait canning jars work just like any other airtight containers with a flip-top opening.

To seal the contents from spilling, the jar includes a rubber seal that fits snugly around the lid.

You can choose from a wide selection of sizes available, and Le Parfait's Super Jars come in different styles for different storage needs. Most canning jars have limited sizes and capacities; however, the Le Parfait jars come in 7 different sizes from the 0.25liter jar to the 3liter jar. Mine is 0.75liters (750ml), and it was just the right size for my canning needs.

Le Parfait's Super Jar stands out amongst other canning jars with its Le Parfait logo on the bottle and the signature orange rubber seal.

The glass bottles keep the contents sanitary, and the orange seal keeps air from flowing in, keeping the contents fresher. I bought them for canning, but the uses are endless. I've seen people doing meal prep using these jars, like preparing salads, overnight oats, or preportioned soup ahead of time and storing them in their fridge.

You can, of course, use them to simply store vegetables and fruits, too.

I quickly glanced through the Le Parfait collection, and I was pleased to discover that all of Le Parfait's pieces are replaceable, including the rubber seals or the glass lids. I do believe they are going to last much longer than the regular Mason Jar lids; however, it’s good to know that they can be replaced in case they were to break.

I made some pickled jalapeños that go amazingly with any salad, and I’m so happy with my new canning jars. They are pretty to look at, provide an airtight seal, and most importantly, have lids that don’t rust.
