Make Prem’s Safe Me products are the brand's most popular and bestselling products, and I was debating between the Safe Me Relief Barrier Cream and Safe Me Relief Moisture Cream. The main differences are their textures and intended skin type. The Relief Moisture Cream is ideal for all skin types, including oily to dry skin. The cream is very lightweight and goes on smoothly without creating much sticky residue. In my opinion, though, I think this cream is going to be a little too light for dry and dehydrated skin. It’s obviously a different story if you’re layering multiple moisturizers, but I wanted one multi-functioning cream, Ha. Based on what I read, the Relief Barrier Cream seemed like a better match for my dehydrated and constantly flakey skin.
Because Make Prem does not retail in the United States, I ordered it through Amazon. This was the only purchase option from the seller – a set that consists of a full-size Relief Barrier Cream, a 20ml sample of the cream, and a 20ml sample of the Relief Moisture Cleansing Foam.
It’s a very reasonable value for the price. You’re essentially getting 100ml facial moisturizer and a 20ml cleansing foam sample.

This cream has a very thick and heavy consistency; however, I was surprised to see how smoothly it applied. It has a texture that’s very similar to soften butter but firmer. You will have to apply a bit of pressure to apply it, but it glides on very smoothly and comfortably. It does an amazing job of keeping my skin hydrated and moisturized. I do not need to use an additional moisturizer or facial oil to keep the moisture in. It manages to do so without being too oily or heavy, which is really cool. I think this cream really delivers what it promises – strengthening and restoring the skin barrier, thanks to panthenol.
