This has been my favorite floor cleaner for years. My family and I love this cleaner so much for our wood floors that we would drive to multiple locations to get it if our local store’s out of stock.
One of the main concerns with floor cleaners was pet safety. I’ve noticed that my dogs were sneezing whenever I mopped the floors with a cleaner from a different brand. With the Method Squirt + Mop, the sneezing disappeared.
Oh, and did I mention that the Almond scent is simply divine? I’m not a fan of artificial fragrances and dislike most of them found in household cleaners. BUT, not with this! It’s not one of the cheap-smelling fragrances and leaves my floors smelling amazing.
The cleaner gets my floors sparkling clean. No matter how dirty the floors are (and they get dirty from muddy paws and dirt), the Squirt + Mop gets them cleaned. Yay.
Recently, Method has introduced a cleaner that is suitable for any hard floors. It has 2 different scents, I think – Lemon Ginger and Spearmint Sage. The Almond scent is only available for hardwood floors, though. The Hard Floor variety is suitable for all non-hardwood floors including tiles and laminate.
I love the Spearmint Sage scent. It’s probably as good as a cleaner can smell – besides the almond scent, of course! I use the Hard Floor cleaner to get my tile floors cleaned in the kitchen, bathrooms, and mudroom. Since they’re more high-traffic areas, I used the Hard Floor cleaner a lot faster than the Hardwood cleaner.
Both Hardwood and Hard Floor cleaners are slightly tinted; however, they don’t stain the floors.
I’ll need to subscribe to these and get regular shipments!
