This gets my lazy days going. When I’m particularly exhausted from work, I honestly don’t wanna do anything. When I don’t even feel like eating out, I call it a day with a bowl of instant ramen noodles. The perfect amount of sodium, warm broth, and carb bomb successfully help me destress.

I find most Korean ramen noodles to be too spicy, and this Japanese instant noodle is just right. It’s not spicy at all and taste just like udon noodles.

A bowl of Nissin’s Donbei Kitsune Udon contains dried noodles, fried tofu block, 2 sauce packets (conveniently labeled 1 and 2), and bits of fish cakes.

Although I can’t read Japanese, the instructions are pretty self-explanatory. Pour boiling water to the line, add sauce packets 1 and 2, cover the lid, and wait a few minutes until the noodles become tender.

It’s so so good!
