Holidays are all about home-baked goodies for our family. We bake almost everything from breakfast bread to more delicate croissants and French madeleines. And Nordic Ware’s bread pans are our favorite bakeware, especially to reflect festive holiday cheers.

In fall, I almost exclusively use the 3D Baby Pumpkin Duet Pan whenever I bake pumpkin bread.

The pan has 2 molds, and you can join the 2 parts into a pumpkin.

I usually make 2 cakes, instead of 1 big, sphere cake because they’re easier to cut and eat.
But when I’m expecting guests, I combine the 2 cakes and make them into a festive fat pumpkin.

The pan holds up to 5 cups of baking mix.

I do have to cut the top after I take the pan out from the oven so I can even out the surface for flipping, but I experience that with all cake molds.

I can’t comment on the pan’s nonstick property since I always spray the pan with baking spray prior. I use Williams Sonoma’s Bak-Klene ZT Nonstick Baking Spray, and nothing gets stuck behind.
