I’m one of those people who needs to have a clock on the bedside table. Phones have replaced watches and clocks, but I always keep an analog clock next to my bed. It’s more of a habit.

The Pocket Watch Clock was a Christmas gift last year. It’s nothing ornate, but the design is so classic and timeless. I keep it on my nightstand, but it looks great in any room.

Last time I checked at Pottery Barn, the clock comes in 4 finishes and 3 sizes.

Antique Bronze is a very dark, matte brown that is close to black.
The Pewter and Polished Nickel are similar but the Polished Nickel is a lot shinier – almost like chrome. The Pewter is closer to stainless steel or brushed nickel. I always thought pewter is darker, so in my opinion, it’s not true to color. Think of brushed nickel.
Brass is in a matte finish and is more subdued gold.

The clock requires 1 AA battery, and it lasts a LONG time. It’s been 10 months, and the time is accurate.

The clock looks like an oversized old pocket watch.
The black Roman numerals stand out in contrast to a white dial.

The Small clock features a separate easel that is removable. The Medium and Large stand by themselves.

The clock has an alarm function, and setting up the time is not difficult at all.
You can snooze it by pressing a button on top of the clock where the round handle is at. At first, I struggled to find the snooze button because it was so inconspicuous. I kept on looking at the back to locate the snooze button. Mornings, haha.
