Simplehuman Sensor Pump with Sponge Caddy - A Newly Upgraded Sensor Pump

Simplehuman's sensor pump's getting better! 

Since the pandemic, Simplehuman's iconic automatic sensor soap dispensers have become ubiquitous. Recently, Simplehuman launched a larger soap dispenser with a sponge caddy. As a person who absolutely hates kitchen clutter, I couldn't pass on this and ended up upgrading my current Sensor Pump. 

The newer Sensor Pump now holds 14 fl oz, which is considerably more than the original Sensor Pump. 

The newer Sensor Soap again features a clog-proof tubing pump and variable dispense based on the distance from the nozzle, just like the old Sensor Pump. 

I bought the regular brushed stainless steel finish, as it matched my kitchen hardware perfectly before. 

A notable difference from the original Sensor Pump besides the size is the added sponge caddy and a more convenient charging puck. 

The caddy holds a Sensor Pump and a sponge holder, and each can be taken out separately for charging, refilling, or cleaning. 

You also get a charging puck and a dish soap sample from Simplehuman. 

Refilling the soap bottle's easy - the top cover comes off completely, and the wide opening allows easier soap dispensing. 

You can turn the sensor on/off using the switch on the back of the unit. 

It's best to turn the sensor off when charging to avoid any accidental dispensing.
