I am loving Sur La Table’s new and improved hand soaps and lotions. I’ve been always getting hand soap/lotion duos from Sur La Table because they were seriously moisturizing; however, I was not a fan of the packaging. I don’t mind the plastic bottles as most soaps and lotions come in them, but they frequently came with faulty pumps that got stuck. When I stopped by the store last week, the salesperson excitedly told me their soaps and lotions now came in glass bottles with improved stainless steel pumps. Yoohoo!

I am in love with these glass bottles! I can buy more economical value soaps and refill them over and over without having to worry about bacteria harboring (a common issue with plastics). Yes, glass bottles are heavier than plastic ones, but my soap and lotion duo is going to stay by the sink, so no worries there.

Apparently, I was not the only person having issues with the plastic pumps. I was so excited to find out that Sur La Table listened to customers and improved the packaging. The newly improved stainless steel pumps looked sturdier and more hygienic. The sleek stainless steel pump adds a personal touch to any kitchen for a more sophisticated, upscale look.

Sur La Table offers matching dish soaps and all-purpose cleaners to complete your kitchen sink collection.

Love the newly upgraded bottles and dispenser pumps!

The lotion applies smoothly and conditions my hands without making them overly greasy. I got the hand lotion in a matching Olive Coriander scent, and I love it every time I use it.

The soap washes well without drying my hands out. My hands are always dry, so moisturizing hand soaps are worth it, even if that means paying extra.

My favorite scent is Olive Coriander. Although I love Sur La Table’s Lemon Basil and French Lavender-scented hand soaps, they aren’t as unique as Olive Coriander. You can easily find lemon or lavender-scented products, especially in household cleaners. But Olive Coriander is such a unique fragrance that is so pleasant and calming.

Olive Coriander is a blend of “olive, bergamot, and lemon peel” mixed in with a “bouquet of jasmine and rose petals with cedar and coriander notes”. It’s hard to describe, so it’s best to smell it in person. I highly recommend the Olive Coriander soap.
