I’ve been looking everywhere for sturdy skewers that are also reusable.
The bamboo skewers that many grocery stores carry bent easily when I added thicker chunks of meat. I’ve visited multiple stores and looked at multiple grill accessories and skewers, but none came close to Villeroy & Boch’s craftsmanship!

I bought this stainless steel skewer set at Bloomingdale’s, and I fully intend to go back and purchase more. These are great.
The ends are sharp and pierce raw meats easily.
Some low-quality bamboo skewers are so flimsy and break easily when I put some pressure on. That’s another great thing about stainless steel skewers – they are stronger than you.
I intended to use the skewers in a Philips air fryer, so the skewers couldn’t be longer than the width of the cooking basin, which was slightly shorter than 8”. The Villeroy & Boch skewers were the perfect length! It fits nicely inside the air fryer, and I get to enjoy slightly healthier kabobs.
The skewers are dishwasher safe, and even the burned-on barbeque sauces come out clean (thanks to my dishwasher)
The reusable skewers don’t create a landfill as opposed to wooden skewers that needed to be disposed after use.
There was a longer skewer set, and I think I’m going to get that next time. Each skewer measures 11” (compared to 7.5”) and the set contains 6 skewers, not 4.
I highly recommend this skewer set to anyone who enjoys barbequing or is an air fryer user.
