I’ve been thinking about adding a daily multivitamin to cover any nutritional gaps, but the market is overwhelming. Some brands market themselves as super “clean” or high-quality, others are loaded with extras like probiotics or adaptogens, and then there are the classics that people swear by for years. If you’re a guy, which multivitamin have you actually stuck with and felt made a difference (energy, immunity, recovery, etc.)? I’d love to hear about quality, price, and whether it’s worth buying premium vs just sticking with a reliable, affordable option.

My husband has been on Ritual Essential for Men for a year now, and he really likes it. It’s only two capsules a day, they’re delayed-release (so no stomach upset), and they cover the big stuff men tend to be low in (D3, magnesium, omega-3, etc.). Not overloaded with unnecessary ingredients. It’s around $30/month on subscription — more than a drugstore multi, but it feels clean and simple.

If you’re into the “all-in-one” trend, Athletic Greens (AG1) kind of doubles as a multi + greens powder. Pricey at ~$79/month with subscription, but I like that it covers vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and adaptogens in one scoop. I use it more for convenience than strict multivitamin coverage.
