Dubai Chocolate-Inspired Granola

I've been obsessed with the whole Dubai chocolate trend, so I tried making a breakfast version. Pistachio granola, Greek yogurt, chopped pistachios, a drizzle of tahini, a little melted dark chocolate, and some crispy toasted shredded phyllo (kataifi) if I have it. It's rich, crunchy, nutty, and honestly feels way too luxurious for a weekday breakfast. If you love pistachio desserts, this combination is dangerous.

Purely Elizabeth's dark chocolate sea salt granola over full-fat Greek yogurt with a smear of peanut butter melted into the yogurt before you add anything else. That last step is non-negotiable and everyone who skips it is doing it wrong.

I found this by accident during a "I have no real breakfast food" morning and now I make it on purpose, which is the whole scam of dessert-for-breakfast — you tell yourself it was an accident the first time and then it becomes a lifestyle.

It's got dark chocolate chunks, so visually it looks like you're eating brownie batter, but there's yogurt and granola in there so your brain lets you call it breakfast. Works. I don't examine it further.
