LG Tromm Washtower vs Samsung Bespoke Washer Dryer Combo
For Whom/What:
Family of three with a baby, so laundry happens almost every day
Budget:
$2,500–$3,500 range (willing to stretch a little if one is clearly worth it long term)
Requirements:
Compact unit that works well for limited laundry space
Reliable drying performance (no damp clothes after cycles)
Energy and water efficient for long-term savings
Quiet enough not to shake the whole house
Smart features are a bonus, but not if they overcomplicate daily use
Extra Details:
Need something that handles heavy loads of towels/sheets plus gentle cycles for baby clothes. Space is tight, so footprint and usability are big deciding factors. Curious about real-world reliability and maintenance — parts, service network, long-term wear. If you’ve owned either, what are the quirks no one tells you about? Any regrets or “wish I had known” moments?
I’d lean LG Tromm Washtower if you’re running laundry on the daily. I’ve had mine about a year and it’s been solid. The middle controls are great — no reaching way up when your hands are full of baby clothes.
It dries properly. Like, you don’t pull out sheets and find the corners still damp. It is also quieter than I expected. Doesn’t rattle the whole place when it spins.
The Samsung Bespoke Combo looks way nicer, no question — their finishes are gorgeous. But my buddy has it and always complains the drying takes forever on big loads.
