I want to build the adult version of an emergency freezer stash.
Not frozen chicken nuggets because nobody planned dinner. More like: friends stop by at 5:30, you open the freezer, and 25 minutes later there are excellent little appetizers, pastries, dumplings, flatbreads, or dessert on the table and everyone assumes you're mysteriously prepared for life.
What frozen product do you intentionally keep around because it can go from freezer to company is here with almost no effort?
