Extra Details:

It's about time that I finally replace my pots and pans. I don't mind paying $$$ as long as they are high quality and excellent. They are investments, after all. What are the most trusted and reliable cookware in your kitchen? Any materials or brands I need to stay away from?

I’ll cast my vote for Hestan’s CopperBond as the best high-quality cookware I’ve ever used. It’s got that gorgeous copper exterior that makes you want to leave it out on display, but it’s not just a pretty face—heat control is ridiculously precise. Searing, simmering, even delicate sauces… everything just feels more responsive compared to stainless alone.

It’s surprisingly durable for copper, with a stainless steel interior that cleans up way easier than you’d expect. Expensive? Absolutely. But if you’re into cookware that performs like a pro tool and looks like jewelry for your kitchen, CopperBond’s hard to beat.

I recommend Staub cast iron pots. Well, I generally like cooking with cast iron as it retains heat exceptionally well, most untreated cast iron tends to rust easily. Staub doesn't require any oil conditioning, so it should be a much better option for you

Staub cast iron pots (called Cocottes) are perfect for slow-cooking, roasting, or even baking.

Staub’s self-basting lids help keep food moist and flavorful, which is a nice bonus. The pieces are made to last for decades, so it’s an investment that pays off in the long run. And with their stunning colors and finishes, Staub cookware doubles as a serving piece straight from the oven to the table.
